Welcome To ScootHead

We think it's more than a fad, this whole scooter craze.  We're not talking pet rocks here, or Wacky Wall Walkers, or hula hoops, or Cabbage Patch Kids -- none of those fads (or fads like them) had any intrinsic functional value.  Scooters will get you places faster than walking and are far more portable than bicycles -- and it certainly doesn't hurt that they're so darned fun to use.  For many, scooters are as functional as they are enjoyable.  And though the craze will eventually settle down, we think it will only be after it has built a huge base of long-term, or even permanent, scootheads.

We searched the web high and low and couldn't find a web site with regular, centralized coverage of many of the major scooter brands, so we decided to start one ourselves.  This web newsletter is for our fellow scootheads, who know what it's like to glide down streets, sidewalks, and paths on two wheels, a board, and a set of handlebars, all the while grinning from ear to ear.

We hope you come back regularly as we continue to do what we can to build an increasingly useful and enjoyable resource for scootheads and potential scootheads.  Welcome to ScootHead

Sincerely,
The ScootHead Staff
